TERMS & CONDITIONS
PAYMENT: All payments/merchants are in Canadian Currency. All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or the payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.
SHIPPING POLICY: Casket Mart Inc. currently ships within a designated service area within the province of Ontario.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY: The buyer must consider the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, the seller is not responsible for a refund. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis. If any damages occurred during shipping or if there are manufacturing defects, please contact us by phone or email to get exchange or refund instructions. Customers have ten business days from the day of delivery to initiate return or exchange.Please do not directly return any product without notifying Casket Mart Inc. as this may cause a delay in the process. To initiate return and refund you must :
- Have the original package.
- Product must be in unused condition as received.
- Item must not be changed in any way.
- Must be within the 10 days from delivery date of return/refund days.
- Have the name and contact information of the buyer.
Shipping cost is not refundable. In the event of free shipping Casket Mart Inc. will deduct the actual shipping cost from the refund.
CANCELLATION: A cancellation made prior to your scheduled delivery is fully refundable. A full refund will be granted in the form of the original payment. An order cancelled after delivery is available for refund with exception to any shipping charges. If you choose to cancel your order or make any changes, please contact us at (519) 532 2008.
COLOUR ACCURACY POLICY: Casket Mart Inc. is not responsible for any colour inaccuracy due to colour differences between displays. We do our best to represent the true colour of the products. If there is any concern, please contact us prior to buying.
COMPLAINTS: Any complaints about items or sellers may be sent to our support team: email@example.com or (519) 532 2008. We will do our best to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction and do so as quickly as possible. Each case will be reviewed individually, and the seller will be in contact with you as well. However, there is no guarantee of a resolution.
LEGALITIES: The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility. These terms and conditions are subject to change.
