CasketMart collects basic personal information (name, location, payment information) of our clients in order to be able to manage the business on a day to day basis. CasketMart will make sure to comply with the regulations and update the policy as required.
CasketMart will not disclose any personal information to a third party without any consent from the individuals.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
All payments/merchants are in Canadian Currency. All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.

The buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, the seller is not responsible for a refund. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis.
If any damages occurred during shipping, or if there are manufacturing defects, please contact us by phone or email to get exchange or refund instructions. Customers have 10 business days from the day of delivery to initiate return or exchange.
Please do not directly return any product without notifying CasketMart as this may cause a delay in the process.
To initiate return and refund you must:
1. Have the original package.
2. Product must be in unused condition as received.
3. Item must not be changed in any way.
4. Must be within the 10 days from delivery date of return/refund days.
5. Have the name and contact information of the buyer.
Shipping cost isn’t refundable. In the event of free shipping CasketMart will deduct the actual shipping cost from the refund.
A cancellation made prior to your scheduled delivery is fully refundable. A full refund will be granted in the form of the original payment. An order cancelled after delivery is available for refund with exception to any shipping charges.

COLOUR ACCURACY POLICY
CasketMart is not responsible for any colour inaccuracy due to colour differences between displays. We do our best to represent the true colour of the products. If there is any concern please contact us prior to buying.
Any complaints about items or sellers may be sent to our support team: email@example.com or (226) 343-6434 There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually, and the seller will be in contact as well.
The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.
